The hotel was fine. No complaints. The area around the hotel was questionable. Young people walking around in traffic without crosswalks. Potential accidents. Young people doing disrespectful things like filming women and just has a slightly dangerous feel walking out in the evening.

Amazing property! Everything close and fantastic staff. I would stay here over and over and over again. Views were amazing and the bed was so comfortable. Extremely relaxing and pleased with this location.

Convenient to local restaurants outside of the mall, but no shuttle van. Had to Lyft everywhere. While the hotel was pretty on the inside, the outside of building was old and run down including the windows & doors leading into the lobby. The rooms were nice, but the popcorn ceiling and drop ceilings were outdated. Looks like this is where you cheaped out. The restaurant the White Oak was good, but they were out of 3 dishes including pancakes, but they could make waffles. Overall though the service was good the housekeeping was great and the fitness center was very nice and clean. Having mall access was very convenient.

Value. Safe. Comfortable. Nice. Convenient, very clean, up to date. I only wish they had more self parking. That was a little expensive and I wish they had a better pool we weren’t going to use it, but if I was coming in the summer, I definitely would like a nicer pool. The service was fantastic.
