Construction is going on but the hours are very considerate. The exterior has an enormous dumpster out front which is off-putting. The woman who was on the evening check-in desk -Tina -had zero personal skills. Not a hello, not a smile. Just cracking her gum as she looked up the reservation. Very disappointing. The morning desk person was very nice. Room was great. Bed very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower!

The ONLY 'negative' - the wifi was slow - and that the wifi and TV occasionally 'locked up' (froze').....the wifi was 'slow' the entire time, the tv 'froze' only for a few seconds at a time....The room, and personnel on staff (p.m. and a.m.) were EXCELLENT!!!

I really enjoyed my stay

Elevator was not working so we have to go up to 3rd floor using stairs. Room was not clean but staffs was great and very kind.

The elevator was broke down. There was kids running up and down the hall late at night. You could hear every car passing the hotel on a side street and also every time a door shut it was extremely loud. I tried to go to sleep for 2 1/2 hours, but I could not. On Saturday morning there was a young man working the breakfast area. He worked very hard to make sure everybody was getting what they needed. He also was making sure everything was clean, hardest working person in this hotel.

The room my son and I were staying in had wrong sheets amd comforter

The staff were wonderful. Everyone treated us as if we were special. A1 professionals.

We enjoyed staying in a very comfortable place with helpful and friendly staff!

No elevator and then being placed on the 3rd floor was not pleasant. Then on top of that the ice maker on the 3rd floor was not working and in order to get ice had to go up and down the stairs even more than already having to do multiple times for a week.

Everything was fine. Nothing crazy good, but no problems

Currently undergoing repairs with no elevator so you will be dragging your luggage up the stairs. If you are lucky they will give you a room that is ready so that you don’t have to walk back down to wait at the desk to get a room that is actually ready. This was not nearly check in it was after 4pm Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was dated dark and showing signs of mildew in the corners. Not bad but won’t be my first choice for my next time in the area

The only thing was the elevator was npt working, and with someone with 2 knee surgeries, wasn't the most desirable.

The bed was very comfortable

The hotel was decent and clean. My only complaint was the elevator was out but we weren’t told until after check-in and our room was on the third floor. I believe notice should be shared with travelers upon booking since signage inside the hotel confirmed the elevator would be down for a specific timeframe. However, front desk staff were extremely nice. Especially the guy that was on evening/night shift.
