The front desk clerks were terrible They were the rudest individuals ever On the second night I had one of the attendants life and when I called him out for it suddenly the story changed The manager was unkind and actually laughed at me

Our sleep was disrupted around 3 a.m. by inconsiderate guests who were speaking loudly, laughing, yelling, and running through the hallways. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did nothing to address the situation. It was a very unpleasant experience.

It was convenient

The pool chairs felt cheap and flimsy..but the water was warm and inviting.

Said it had gym but gym was not on property. Ps. They have to provide a pass to use the gym. Very misleading as I booked based on the property having its own gym.

We had such nice stay here, for my birthday! It was a me and momma trip and we loved the texting options for anything we needed!

I did not like it

It was a little tired looking. Mold in the shower. A bit dirty in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable and pillows were nice. Air conditioner was very loud. Bar closed at 10pm.

Property was clean, there were lots of parking spaces near the entrances to from, close to many restaurants and shopping, and the 401 is right there.

I liked on how bi the pool was my kids had lots of fun

The staircase had an odd odor, the room was outdated and didn't look very clean, stains on the rug, bathtub had soap scum on surface

Sketchy people hanging out in the hall, room was run down, didn't feel safe or comfortable. Left after 2 hours of being there.

Just alright hotel
