Great room and excellent hotel.

This location does not have parking other than valet parking for $40 a day. There is a lot next to them that $17 per use. And street parking that you can only pay for 2 hours at a time

Honestly wasn’t worth the price nothing very good on the dinner menus and we contracted some sort of rash overall super disappointed with the service

Hotel is located right downtown. It is approx. 15 minute walk to restaurants and bars. On premise it has also its own restaurant and bar, including fitness facilities. Room well appointed and very quiet. Only downside is valet parking, which tends to increase cost if you decide to tip each time you need vehicle.

Hotel is clean and quiet.

Great staff. Loved that part of the armourys history and charm have been maintained. Very clean. Nice to have complimentary tea and coffee and water with citrus. Rooms are comfortable. Only negative was parking. Quite expensive to be valet parked (around $40) per night. Used parking lot next door and that was $27 a night. Pool and gym were great.

Each and every staff member greeted upon entry to the castle every time, made us feel like royalty! We asked for a microwave in our room and boom there it was! Beautiful place ful of great history! Will definitely dtay here again!!

The staff was so friendly and the hotel is very clean and offers great amenities.

This hotel has a great downtown location with nearby restaurants, convenient parking and helpful staff.

Stay was comfortable. I wish they had covers on the washroom sink drain. My toothbrush slipped inside. What is it was something valuable? Service of the bar steward ( he is a Surd/ Sikh) wears red turban. His service was exceptionally good. Also the staff at the front desk. Thank you !

Staff were great. Area around hotel is a little on the sketchy side.
