Love the property! staff was very helpful. We forgot an item in our hotel room and they returned it to us very quickly.

Great stay

The room itself was well equipped, had an iorn, kettle and fridge. Bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. Hotel Parking is Valet only, but it wasn outrageously expensive. Significantly cheaper offsite parking is available, but its a bit sketchy. Too cons about the room itself, 1) better sound isolation from the front door is needed, I could constantly here opening/closing of other doors 2) a sewage smell from the toilet, it was isolated to the toilet and did not spread to the room. I had a coworker also stay on the same floor as me and experienced the same problem. Overall it is decent if you need a no hassle room for a conference or short stay. The fitness center was ok, a cable machine, treadmills and some weight. would probably be better if it had a squat rack or smith machine. I chose to go to 24h GoodLife on my second day, which is a 4-5 min walk from the hotel.

Unique building. Helpful pleasant staff. In downtown area so lots of boarded up places and homeless.

Enjoyed the rewards reception. Also after our night out, we stopped by at the bar for a nightcap. Very cozy and quaint.

Very close to amenities, well monitored at night

I normally do not leave reviews but the service at Delta London Armouries was exceptional! As soon as I arrived, staff was there to offer help unloading my luggages and there to answer questions. Check in was very easy, my room was clean, and everything was easy to navigate. Parking was close by and not too expensive! The next morning, my friend was not feeling well and the front desk offered us late checkout which was very much appreciated. The best hotel stay I have ever had and I will definitely be back to a Delta hotel!

Nice rooms, nice service all around great

The hospitality of the this hotel was surprisingly very welcoming and friendly and helpful. The check in and checkout process was seamless and easy and very quick.

Lovely, and interesting property. Central to downtown. Unfortunately, there is a lot of homelessness, that makes one feel unsafe. Especially alone, and at night.

We stayed overnight on a Saturday night and was impressed with how quiet the stay was. In addition, the Sunday brunch was AMAZING complete with a very, VERY talented live violin player and a wide array of delicious and well presented food. The valet parking was the icing on the cake. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Loud noises from next room. Beds were very uncomfortable.

The staff that we encountered throughout our stay were really exceptional. They went above and beyond with small extra details for our kids and us. The staff at the front desk and our server at the brunch were especially great. I wish I got their names to shout them out!
