The best resort that I have been to

Very nice remodel

Good service. Property needed lots of maintenance. Minimal staff on duty daily.

I arrived at 4pm for check-in and was not able to check in for 2 hrs. The lobby was full of people waiting for clean rooms to check into. I waited in my car, outside temperatures were over 100, lobby, bar area full and all pools were over crowded. We missed our finner

It was very nice and had something for everyone . I just wish we were there more than one night. I would have given a 5 but tv wasn't streaming and engineer took 3 calls to get to the room to check it out. I couldn't wait any longer had kids that wanted to get to pool and slides. When I returned I called again and he came out and fixed. Had trouble with kids menu and room service but called desk and manger was kind enough to take our order over phone.

The adults enjoy the cold plunge pool and the kids love the slide!

The property is beautiful and the staff were all phenomenal. The beds were so comfortable and we all slept wonderfully. The pool area was more than we could ask for and both the adults and kids were thrilled. We were more than ok with paying for the daily parking for all of the amenities we were gaining and the relaxation this resort provided.

I hate that there is a parking fee. Please make it more convenient for guests, my guest most likely won't show up to my event at your hotel due to having to pay for parking, in my opinion, that's not fair, especially if you are being invited. All I ask, is you consider.

The West and La Paloma in Tucson is absolutely beautiful! From the moment we arrived, the friendly and professional staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The entire property is stunning, meticulously maintained grounds, luxurious amenities and breathtaking desert views. This is truly a luxury resort experience. Everything from the pool area to the dining options was top-notch. I honestly don’t have a single complaint. If you’re looking for a relaxing and upscale getaway, this is it! KH

Beautiful property with wonderful amenities and excellent staff.

Charlie, Michele and Austin made our short stay top notch. So much so that we will be back for an extended stay. Thank you for the hospitality.

Beautiful place comfy & very clean

The cold plunge pool was the only pool without children and it wasn’t comfortable. Not enough chairs at the pool and it was terrible that the swim up bar was the kids pool too

Great amenities. Bar could use better wines, imported from Italy, Spain, France, other old world style. Pools were great. Contigo restaurant a must.
