Good location. And just what we needed. Simple, clean and comfortable.

TV not working, when reported it nothing was done. We asked for a room with a view but they downgraded our room to give us a view. It was better to see the room before the decision.

Handy for Holborn tube station

Staff is very courteous and hotel is lovely. The room was quiet and bed quite comfortable. This hotel is centrally located to everything we were planning and only 10 minutes from the Euston train station for the next leg of our trip.

Adequate facilities

Lovely room, however disappointed that we had to call maintenance to unblock the sink as we arrived, then the following morning as there was no hot water! We had to use another room to shower prolonging our departure from the hotel and causing us to cancel our plans for the remainder of our stay in London. Was a celebratory trip gone wrong I’m afraid!

Managed to access the room early which was a real bonus. Room was clean and adequate for what we needed.

Delayed check in and then cleaner just walked in our room

Room was very clean, bed was really comfortable, the staff were excellent with helping us for everything we needed, the breakfast was really well cooked and everything you’d expect on a buffet breakfast, the location was perfect for visiting the theatres as we booked to see a show.

What a fantastic stay.. the reception staff were amazing especially Saidchat who was lovely especially towards my daughter who was celebrating a very special birthday milestone. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast couldn’t be faulted.

Very clean and attentive staff. Always willing to help. Bathtub drain in room 427 needs to be cleared. Slow draining in ankle feet of water but overall excellent as always. 2nd time there.
