The restaurant attached called Scoreboards is great. Love staying here. Great staff. Never had any issues. Always excellent

Establishment was run down, no way this was Crowne Plaza standards. Lock on our door was broken and turns out was open all day. Closet doors broken, no ice bucket, and restaurant closed at 11. Their vending area was expensive and the machine always said not approved so you get charged twice, took forever to get a refund.

Very convenient to our plans in the Boston area. Only a 20 min. drive away. The attached restaurant was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed 10 days. The hotel staff in the lobby greeted me in a friendly manner. There was a restaurant in the hotel that served good food. As soon as I stepped outside, overhead music, soft and soothing, was playing. So that made me feel good. Parking was free. The facility had a pool and fitness room. However, there was no laundry room. My room was good, and the bed was comfortable. It had a coffee pot and a refrigerator. Sometimes I made my own coffee, other times, I went downstairs and got fresh-brewed coffee and cream from the lobby. The coffee was available until 10 AM. Breakfast was served in the restaurant although I did not go there for breakfast. In my room, the shower took a while for the water to warm up. Instead of bar soap, they had a dispenser of soap, and this was also the case for body lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. There was one issue that I had, and it was the smell that seeped into my room. It smelled like a skunk had passed by the room, a putrid smell, like a sewer. I complained to the staff. They said it was caused by vaping, if I'm correct. I said, "Isn't that like smoking? Maybe have them go outside. I could even smell this in the lobby as people passed me by. Unfortunately, this smell continued to invade my room and affect my sleep. For that reason, I will not be returning to this hotel.

The only issue was the USB chargers in room not working.

Overall good experience. Rooms were comfortable and clean. To get to dining and shopping Centers required a car. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The front desk customer service went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate my needs! I'm forever grateful for that.

Great staff and beautiful rooms. Beds were very comfy as well. Very easy to get on the interstate and to all areas around.

Convenient location, and close to a couple of great tavern restaurants.

Having the smoking area right outside the front door makes everything smell like smoke. Our room was cleaned, but the trash cans were not emptied.

Every one we encounter was great

Everything was great except having to let the water run for 30 minutes (after calling to front desk) to get hot before showering. Disappointing after a long day and wanting to get to bed quickly.
