Excelente ubicación, tiene centro comercial a 5 pasos, restaurantes, museos, plazas de recreo hermosas, cerca del centro histórico de Lima.

5 star service from staff. The only negative is the constant car horns honking on the busy streets can be heard.

The hotel has an excellent location—very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The room is very cost-effective. The breakfast was plentiful and satisfying. The only drawback is that the glasses in the room are very dirty, with oil stains and fingerprints on them.

Rooms were nice and they had a bidet!

Carpet in room wasn’t that clean. My feet was dirty walking on it. Had to rinse it off in shower. Property seems a little run down. They nickel and dime you for room service. They can do better on buffet for breakfast.

First time we have stayed in a name brand hotel and it was awesome!!!! Staff were VERY accommodating and even asked your name. Close to transportation and a great mall next door.

It’s super clean and close to everything

The Sheraton is located in the historic center. It’s very congested around this area. The traffic in from of the hotel is horrible all day. This makes drop off and pick up time very long. There’s also not much to do around this area, except an art museum. I would recommend finding a hotel closer to Miraflores or Barranco. I was able to find more shops, restaurants and walk comfortably around these 2 two areas compared to the historic center.

The location is very good! The shopping mall is right next to it. Convenient for travelers who are just arrived in Peru. Very close to historical center/streets.

The staff are friendly but the food choices less than optimal with virtually no vegetarian options. We ordered nachos and were served wontons! The red wine was served chilled, and the restaurant manager was less than accommodating of special needs.

A beautiful hotel and beautifully located at a spacious square. Next to it is a shopping and entertainment center.

Location is near to centre of lima. Service is vrry friendly and courteous. Front desk . Doorman all were smiling and welcoming. Room was large and bed comfortable with view over palace of justice. Breakfast spread was adequate. Omlette order one had to stand in queue ..so skipped that.

This is an excellent choice when staying near the Centro Histórico. The only negative is you don't have the walking options that you do in Miraflores, but there are some shopping and restaurant options next door in the shopping center. Very good service and breakfast buffet in this business friendly hotel.

Very comfortable bed and pillows made for a good nights rest. Breakfast was great and had a vast variety of food. The hotel was very accommodating for a late check out request. Overall great hotel!
