The staff here is always really friendly and helpful! It's a really nice hotel and the common areas and the rooms are always really clean. They also have complimentary warm cookies. How do you get happy guests? Well, giving them a delicious cookie upon check in is a fantastic start to their stay! I'll be staying here again in 2 weeks and am looking forward to it.

This used to be such a great hotel, my wife and I were excited to spend our anniversary trip here. The bed squeaked all night long from the slightest movement and made our whole bodies sore after the first night from how soft the mattress is. The bathtub drain was completely plugged the whole weekend and it took 45 minutes to drain the water from one shower. She also wiped her face with one of the provided hand towels and then said it wreaked of bleach and received a minor chemical burn on her face from it. For a room costing over $200 / night.. I expected a little more. Service was good though.

My stay overall was good. The room definitely need a deep cleaning and tge facet in shower was super loose. The dinning on the 29th floor was super great experience. I had the ribeye that was great. Only wish it would have came with a salad and on onion rings

parking was tight. room was nice, staff was nice. watch out for the coffee shop. they were friendly enough, but the coffee was just ok, the very pricey cookies were hard as rocks and tasted old. view from the restaurant was great, drinks were great. food was not bad, but not premium like the cost.

Rate or review? This hotel was clean, comfortable, close to restaurants. However, due to the weather, I stayed in my room or the lounge or restaurant for both days. The staff was friendly. The snack shop needs to carry traveler's needs like razors, clippers, deodorant...not just chips.

After a day of travel in -10 weather walked into a dirty room with blood on bedding.

Was very disappointed in the quality of the hotel for the price that you pay. The hotel needs more attention in details, for example shampooing the carpet, more lighting little too dark. It does not feel welcoming. Updating their appliances our room did not have a microwave and I asked for one in the front desk and the one that was brought was in bad condition was not working was broken, Needs remodeling.

I was in room 1002 and it was very noisy. I am not talking about the street noise, I could accept that. I am talking about the noise from room 1003. I could even hear them peeing in the toilet. Could hear both sides of phone conversations with speaker on. I would recommend you never book both of these rooms at the same time.
