Have been going here for years but for some reason ( June 12-14 ) it was not very good. There were lots of kids ( so be it nothing to do about that ) bed was very rough and not comfortable ( me and my wife both had issues sleeping ) and the pricing was a little to high for us wanting to come back.

Love the waterpark

Property was amazing. Nice and clean for families. Pool is amazing for my kids. Just hard to get them out when it was time to go!!! Will only stay here with my family in Calgary now on.

It was a great stay with my family specially the water slides were fun

Helpful staff and friendly. The facility was kept really well. And was clean. I loved my stay there.

Staff was top notch from check in to check out. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Calgary.

Best slides and pool, if you have back issues though I’d say beds are too soft but otherwise amazing place!

Quiet. Clean. Nice Waterpark. It would’ve been nice if the Waterpark stayed open later than 9:30, but enjoyable.

Hotel and staff were great but the noise level in the hallways at all hours of the night by rude guests were unbearable. Front desk did their best to quiet down the noises but we had no sleep for our stay.

I would definitely stay here again.

Great pool area, awesome for families, clean and quiet rooms

The pool was freezing I booked this hotell for my kids and the pool was freezing,the hot tub was cold too… other than that it was nice ish. No included breakfast, it cost around 18 bucks a person for the standard continental breakfast experience. Better than a motel I guess.

Lady in the pool area cashed out before stated closing time and refused to room charge a bottle of milk for a cranky toddler. Very unprofessional and lazy.

The stay was nice, beds were comfy and the room was very clean. The only thing that was slightly annoying is how loud the heater is in the room; but it wasn't a huge deal. Kids loved the waterpark and the breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

Room is too small and the bed sheets have some hair on it , not enough clean , very disappointed.

The staff were all friendly, especially housekeeping. The pool was fantastic, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
