This has always been a goto for our family. There is something for every age and of course the water park is an absolute must for everyone.

We have been staying here for years at Christmas and it just seems to be going a bit down hill. The rooms don’t seem as fresh as they use to.

Very friendly staff, clean room. Guest services checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend.

The room was spacious, modern, quiet and clean. I had the best sleep, the bed and bedding was high quality and really comfortable. The staff were friendly.

Beds were comfy, rooms were spotless. Pool area was amazing for kids. Only thing i did not like was that there were no fans in the bathrooms in our rooms

Awesome hotel, excellent staff, clean pool

Room was clean. My kids had a great time at the pool which was one of the reasons I picked this hotel. Staff were very friendly. Only thing was the breakfast buffet was just basic, My kids really wanted pancakes but there was none. But the kitchen were great to fry my lactose intolerant daughter a dairy free egg after she pointed out to the staff that the only eggs there had diary. Overall it was the Christmas staycation we needed.
