Very welcoming foyer and staff.

First room we were given the toilet and phone didn’t work. We were then given a new room. Before moving to it they check the bathroom, came back saying this toilet didn’t work, only for the individual testing it not knowing how to flush the toilet. When getting the keys for the room the attendant said, “you better your things before I disable your keys!” Overall tone throughout checking in was rude and almost like we were imposing on his time. New room had a musty smell.

Clerk attempted to get me to pay for prepaid stay again, shower was dirty upon arrival and after they cleaned it room stunk of chemicals, water goes hot to cold quickly

Pool was closed - it was the main reason we had booked this hotel over others. Notice should have been provided to people currently booked… we were traveling with a kid and he was really disappointed. Overall it was just okay. A bit dated, customer service was average, bacon at breakfast was translucent it was so thin. Likely wouldn’t return.

Bathroom fan was like a airplane very noisy, bed was uncomfortable and seemed like a very old mattress Eggs was powdered eggs and very runny and not very good breakfast for the price.

Nice Fairfield across from Saint Bonaventure University

I had a great experience at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Olean NY. The staff was friendly, the room great, and the breakfast tasty. It was nice to be near to Saint Bonaventure College, and I visited their bookstore because of my interest in medieval theologians like Bonaventure.

Was very nice. Bed could be more comfortable and 1 tv didnt work properly and it also came on by itself.

Best hotel breakfast hands down! The options for toppings for both the waffles and oatmeal were a great surprise. Super comfortable bed. Very clean all around. Freindly staff. Quiet location.

I chose this hotel over a comparable one down the street bc it had a pool. The pool was out of device, there was a huge water puddle in the hall in front of the pool, none of the outlets in the lamps worked, the breakfast was not good. I wish I had saved myself money and stayed at the Microtel.

Firm mattress, good clean facilities. Mediocre breakfast.
