The property was fine - a mid-level hotel like any other. But the service was very poor - the front desk was excruciatingly slow every time we interacted, with a continuous line of frustrated travelers. Never seemed to cause the staff to work harder or faster. The cleaning crew kept trying to enter our room despite the "do not disturb" sign on the door. Then they deactivated our cards midway through our stay. All in all, extremely mediocre service which means a lack of decent management.
