The pool was not open.i cancelled another reservation to go to your place because they made me believe your pool was open when is was not.

The lady who checked us is was very helpful. She directed us to a great restaurant that I'd love to take my grandson to someday. Thank you!

the outside of the property looks very run down. The room was alot nicer then the exterior. Softer towels would have been nice.

Rooms looked recently renovated - very clean. Surprised to learn Wyndham points are not recorded when booked via Expedia. Recommend this for convenient location.

Nice place & friendly staff. The bathtub should be addressed.. it’s old and beat up. The breakfast was waffles, cereal, bread bagels, bananas, yogurt, boiled eggs and juices. Usually hotels in this range have fried eggs and a breakfast meet. So that was a bit disappointing. Also, let’s get some biscuits & gravy and green chili going on! This is New Mexico! ;-)

No ice in the ice machine. No vending machines, as advertised. Washer and dryer SUCK. Dryer did NOT dry the clothes even after 2 cycles. Had to hand the clothes in the room to dry.

The room was okay, and the location was convenient with plenty of dining options nearby. However, the breakfast area was far too small—only about 3-4 tables—making mornings chaotic. You could only grab something and eat in your room.

The staff at this hotel were great! The women I worked with were friendly, helpful, and very kind.
