Easy to locate. Reception was outstanding. Room is inviting except a leaky shower head.

Beautiful property, clean room. I would book again. At one point, we entered through a side door and it must have been a smoking floor because it smelled terrible. We did not enter that way again. I would like to see the bar and restaurant open a bit later than they were.

Staff was very friendly. Buffet was very limited, missing items. 3x requests to have room Made up were ignored.

Great stay and location close to wake forest. Our room was immaculate and Chrissy at the front desk was SO attentive and personable, we loved her! The beds were soft and comfortable and the reason I keep staying at doubletrees. A few reviews mentioned the parking lot, I have no idea why- the parking lot is safe, plenty of spaces, well lit and at no point did we ever feel remotely unsafe or bothered. The only negative we found was that the breakfast left much to be desired, I would save the $16 and instead go to Mama Zoe’s for great southern breakfast food.

I woke up to a bed bug crawling in my bed, I immediately took a picture and took it down stairs. The front desk was very apologetic but I checked out because i was paranoid and checked into the Hampton inn. The general manager, Adele Martin was rude and told me I must have brought it to the hotel and hung up on me when I called on Monday like the front desk staff told me. I definitely expect more from a Hilton I’m a honors member and stay at them frequently. I

Very nice hotel, with new rooms, bar area and good room coffee.

Could have used a few updated details. Some of the linen was dingy and off white. Pillows were queen size for a king size bed. Drapes were outdated.
