The housekeeping did excellent job. The hallway was clean the room was fresh .

Very nice inside and out. Bed was not that comfortable. Had some kids that were loud but security guards handled that. 4.5 stars because of mattress.

Our room was convenient to everything around the hotel.

Always super nice staff from front desk to cleaning ladies. Everyone we passed spoke said hello and was super friendly. Like the new remodels wish prices weren’t so high but understand with the economy.

Accommodations were very nice. Bathroom shower was older and needed a heavy cleaning. Breakfast offered a great variety but some items were lukewarm and other items very dry.

The rooms was spacious and clean and the appliances were updated. The pool and spa area is amazing

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite that I think has been newly renovated. It was so NICE. It was so clean. So up to date. So well thought out. Three TV’s. The kitchen was great. Our breakfast downstairs was really good. This is a great place to stay particular for families. I’ve stayed here before and it was good but the renovations make it even better! AND, we had a beautiful dove sitting on her nest just outside our window. It was gorgeous!

The hotel in and of itself was nice. When we got to our room and tried to make out our sofa bed it was broken. It took me forever to get through to the front desk and when I did, they did offer to bring up a rollaway bed immediately, which was great, but it only slept one. Next while in the bedroom, there was a light on the outside of the building and you could not block it out to the inside of the bedroom so half the bedroom was lit up.

I liked that it was easy to get to and has breakfast. The staff is very friendly and would help you with anything. The only thing i didnt like was the pool wasnt open. Other than that it was a great place

Clean, homely, friendly staff

Close to airport. 10 minutes.

My stay was amazing but there was blood on the toilet and on the side of the toilet.

The service was above average but there were some minor issues in the room with cleanliness in the bedroom and misguided signage for the fitness area. The more frustrating part was insufficient number of elevators for a hospitality establishment of this size and there were issues with the elevator doors opening before the car was level with the platform.

Highly recommend.
