Got upgraded to the bigger room. Staff were kind and the hotel is very close to the tube station which makes it way better and easier to travel. Definitely will recommend this hotel to my friends/family.

Comfortable hotel, spacious room, complete facilities, fresh new towels every day, friendly and informative hotel staff, close to the station, museum and cafe for hanging out.

our booked room got no AC working, so we demanded another room which AC works fine. sadly, our daughter's jeans left in the 1st bedroom was never found anymore.

It was awesome! Perfect location. Located in Kensington. Only 1 min walk to bus and underground station. Our room got upgraded to Club Room. Lovely staff as well! Thank you!

Lovely stay! We got upgraded to club room. Room is clean and bed is comfy. Staffs are very welcome as well! Will stay here again in the future
