Okay given hotels in the area. Good location close to other services or store outlets. Good pool side services. Better Restaurant food ( not a buffet !) Would be an improvement!! For eating at Hotel.

We booked 2 double bed ocean front room for 5 nights. On check-in, they assigned us at their Ewa Tower without notifying us the building was under renovation. We had to endure 3 nights under renovation noise until they finally moved us to Diamond tower for last 2 nights. They should have notified us before they check us in about the renovation project right around our unit and possible noise instead of us finding out by a letter saying that in the room. I had to go to twice to the front desk to request same type of room not degraded room. Poor customer service.

The property is conveniently located right at the beach. We also appreciated a small police station across the street, considering car break-ins are quite common in the tourist areas. Parking was difficult. The night we arrived was extremely busy and confusing for first-timers, and while waiting in the line of cars, we learned that all bathrooms in the common areas were locked. Eventually, a valet attendant unlocked the facilities for us. However, this seems to be a thing in all of Honolulu. Aloha, but you have to pretty please ask us to do your business. You will also pay $60 for self-park or $70 for valet a day.

Fantastic hotel right on the beach. The staff is so friendly and accommodating! The restaurants and pool bar is about as good as it gets!

Beautiful building, lots to do and see. Many stores/shops conveniently close.

Close to everything

I love staying here! The amenities included are always so helpful and make packing easier. Staff at the front desk, the pool and valet are always so kind and easy to talk to! This is for sure my favorite hotel to stay at when visiting Waikiki

The staff absolutely does not care about your comfort, needs and circumstances. It doesn't matter what time you arrived or what time you leave, whether you are with your children or tired. They don't try to do anything to ensure comfort. They're just making money. I wouldn't go back to this hotel. We paid a lot of money in the hope of getting a premium vacation, as it looked when booking. And in return, they saw how a large company makes money and they don't care about people's comfort.

Great location within walking distance of everything. Somewhat loud at night. Property is slightly older and pool is small. Overall very comfortable stay.

The stay was great we had an issue the first night that was resolved early the next morning. My only issue is with the elevators having to wait 5 or 10 minutes for an elevator to show up was a little off putting. Overall a great stay with friendly staff that gets things done.

The location of this property was ideal, and it was so beautiful! The options of dining, shopping, and activities within walking distance were great. The hotel was clean and I loved how the room was set up, with the toilet/shower separated from the sink/vanity.
