I didn't like when I checked in the staff kept saying, "you booked through a 3rd party." So does that mean I don't deserve friendly and great service? She also told be because I booked through a 3rd party, I would not be able to apply member points for my stay. Which makes no sense to me? Am I not still a Member because, I still paid and my charges still reflected that I stayed at the Hilton. It just felt like I was being judged or looked down on because I booked through Expedia. And the other reason I booked a room is because I am an Entertainer who was booked to perform there that night. I won't spend any of my money in the future to stay at this property. The room was dated and the bathroom was noisy. The ice machine on the 16th floor didn't work. The bar and cafe staff, however, were fantastic. They are the only reason I won't give lower ratings.
