The property was very clean and up to date. I was totally shocked about how great the food taste at the restaurant located at the hotel. Lastly, Ms. Rosalinda (waitress for breakfast) was very sweet and comforting.

I did not kow they were doing renovations. And park should come at a discount if we are staying over night

Staff not flexible.

Only issue was the location of the elevators. There is one elevator for the entire property, which is crazy if you have a lot to carry. There were no trolleys to help with shuttling things which was super inconvenient. The security guard helped, Tyler so that was a plus

Overall really good hotel.

There were many things wrong with the room in terms of what they need to maintain. Outside of that though, we loved the hotel and the room itself. The room was beautifully designed with a comfortable bed and thoughtful touches. The staff was very helpful and professional. The snack area was useful and convenient.

The hotel staff was very helpful with some questions we had about our stay. They even upgraded our room to a room with a balcony! The room was very spacious and clean with more than enough of what we needed. Overall, a great experience!

I really appreciated the renovations on this property. The amenities in the room were well thought out. The lighted headboard for late night working. The night lights built into the bed to prevent turning on the bright lights. Quite air-conditioning unit. The King room was spacious and noted that room had sound reduction ascetics. ( 4th of July fireworks didn't keep us up all nite)

The staff was very nice, but the room did not have a remote and the room and I hate having an adjoining room when the hotel had a thousand rooms.

Spacious room, large bottle liquids, plenty of charger plugs, fairly close to New Brunswick station and downtown. No fan in the bathroom is unfortunate.

So clean! Facilities, lounge, gym, pool, hot tub, rooms. Immaculately clean, it was so nice. The housekeeping staff were the sweetest and just did a fantastic job with the room every day. Also very pretty up in the conference area. Will definitely be back! the only thing i’d say is to give complimentary water bottles in the rooms? Just seems like good hospitality, rather than charging $3 per bottle. We go to restaurants and get free water, just seems like a water bottle wouldn’t hurt for the guests. Thank ya!
