I have encountered with deposit settlements with my credit card in reception desk, when I am checking in, however My room has been pre paid for 2 nights. I knew that the regulation and policy should not granted unless the deposit has settled. Some how it was nearly 9 pm and I was traveling with my family and want to take a rest quickly. My disappointment actually not the policy but the way the receptionist (name Mia) how she handle to the guest not really shows the hospitality manner, As company worldwide Hyatt very popular to the hyatt touch, really unexpected that kind of attitude. other than that the hotel property and the service was awesome during my stay.
