Excellent hotel, centrally located to everything, staff were friendly and knowledgeable! The musician Jose, singer and guitarist they had on Friday was amazing!!

Pool was so very dirty around the interior top. Surprising for a Hyatt. Needed late check in and as Hyatt member thought we’d get an hour but only 1/2hr. Tried to provide Hyatt member number at check in but staff wouldn’t take it. Room amenities are all online but nowhere does it tell you hours for fitness club or pool. Dinner in-room was nothing tasty.

The quality of toilet paper was awful. When we tried to extend the stay the proposed charges were exorbitant. When we checked out they tried to charge more for the room, said we had not paid enough. It felt like a shake down. Would never want to stay there agsin

Great location.

Liked the location, but one room had leaky bathroom faucet and had to use towel to soak up dripping water. Toilet was loose and rocked when standing up. Other room I had, the soap/ shampoo holder fell off wall at 4:00 A.M. in the morning. Found what appeared to be mouse feces in one corner of bathroom. We occupied rooms 523 and 524.

Hospitality from staff was great.

We chose to stay here for our 20th anniversary celebration. Our kids found where we were staying and arranged with the hotel to make sure a dozen red roses, champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries were in the room waiting for our arrival. Our room was on the top floor where there was a rooftop patio, it was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The room came with welcome drinks, and we were presented with an anniversary discount coupon for a meal in the attached restaurant and in their hotel store. The grounds around the hotel were clean and well manicured, and the hotel was central to the historic area of Savannah. The staff was friendly and helpful - everything you would expect for a hotel in this class.
