Front desk staff was average. The ladies at the breakfast desk were awful no customer services & people skills at all. This hotel is definitely not for families. I would say it’s good for couples. The bathroom doors are clear glass door so one can see through very clearly! Pool was very deep… definitely not suitable for younger kids! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to any family friends.

Perfect location to see the sights, shop, and eat. The service is excellent - everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast is a great way to get the day started.

Great place to stay!

Hyatt Regency Casablanca has an excellent location close to the city center. However, I noticed that it’s an old building that needs a full upgrade (especially the guest rooms) in order to become competitive in the growing Moroccan hospitality industry and in the presence of other international hotel brands.

Hotel was amazing and so was the staff

It is classy, excellent location, very attentive staff and breakfast was excellent. Check-in and check out was good without any hassles. We had dinner at their Moroccan restaurant and the entertainment/ballet dancing was phenomenal. Food was okay. Rooms were well done and clean. Mattress was reasonable. Valet service to Airport was excellent. Overall good experience.

This place was wonderful, though we didn’t think the same of the city. I don’t usually opt for an American hotel but was glad I did here, as I didn’t see anything else that looked anywhere close to the standard offered by the Hyatt. Room was on top floor, lovely and large. Pool and gym were useful after a morning of walking around the city (ie yo the mosque and back). Area around the hotel is slightly risqué but we were very glad to have this place to come back to for 2 nights.

The perfect place to stay after a ten day road trip around Morocco before flying out the next day. We had a lovely view of the Hassan II Mosque as well.

I was grateful to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was a kind gesture. The service from the staff was warm and attentive throughout my stay, and I appreciated their professionalism. However, the room itself didn’t quite match the photos online, and there was an unpleasant smell that took away from the overall experience. With some improvements to room maintenance, this hotel has the potential to offer a much better stay.

Every staff member of the hotel was exceptional and worked hard. They went above and beyond for customer service. One of the staff members, Mr. Muhammad in the breakfast area was extremely courteous and would strongly recommend!!!
