My stay was amazing from check-in to the room service staff, they went above and beyond. I felt well taken care of during my time here. The cafe had a wide variety of snacks for breakfast. And other great restaurants to choose from. There was even a water refill station which came in handy on my trip. Not to mention the property itself is gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again.

It was amazing stay. We were there for Herbalife training. I wasn't able to get discount due to booking through a 3rd party. Not many rooms available to choose from but it all worked out

Excellent check in experience. It is Sunday so not a lot if people around.

The rooms were great except there was a little mold in the shower. Bed was very comfortable. The food in the dining room was very expensive and not very good.

Love this hotel

Gary was an excellent bellman. He provided me with all the information I needed to know. Hotel was fabulous. A bit pricey, but lived up to expectations. Your staff for the valet was also excellent. They were very attentive to my needs (I had a lot of bags to load and unload). Will definitely look for a Hyatt Regency when traveling.

The Staff was exceptional in there efforts of making our stay pleasant.

Nice stay and friendly staff. I would have to say parking is horrible. The escalator was down and had to find an escalator to go up. If escalator is going to be down there needs to be signs showing where an elevator is located.

Me and my cousins were meeting for the first time and one on business. The room was spectacular, loved the city view, my little cousin (3) love the elevator with the view and the escalators.. staff was the best ..

The hotel was a nice, it could use a little sprucing up for a higher end hotel. The only downside was that there was a volleyball kids tournament as well as a kids dance team staying there as well and the kids were running up and down the halls in the evening banging on guests doors as well as going up and down the elevators hitting every button and it delayed other guests from getting to where they needed to go in a timely manner

Classic Dallas hotel and super well located. No complaints at all per se, but the value for money was not the best considering the parking charge, on top of the room charge and no breakfast etc.

Great service, Clean, Great views.
