Stains everywhere. The room smelled like cat pee. There was dirty dishes in the dishwasher from a previous guest from who knows when and the shampoo/conditioner things in the showers are just for looks because they’re empty. Thought I paid my first payment back in April when I booked but found out when I got there that they never took the payment so nice surprise to find out you still owe another $300 for a nasty room. The front desk staff were nice, about the only redeemable quality of the place.

The staff was very nice. Some of the rooms had broken air conditioners. The property is run down. Even though it said it was a 2 bedroom with a loft, there were no doors on either bedroom. That’s something we should know ahead of time. Breakfast was excellent, except they kept running out of coffee and forgetting to put some things out.

Convenient location. Great lodging for a larger family. Clean but should be updated/refreshed (rugs, couch, bathroom walls)

Property is out of date but all the staff was amazing!! Very helpful with everything from breakfast to any other needs that we had.

Conveniently located from major transportation arteries and well appointed.

We checked immediately after viewing the property. Old and worn out doesn’t begin to cover it.

This property is so warn out and disgusting we immediately checked out and stayed somewhere else. The stairs are rusting the wooden treads are rotting. Inside everything is worn and appeared old and dirty. We were afraid to sit down or touch things.

Overall it’s good .Bit older property . Need bit more attention for the cleaning and maintenance

Room was clean and well layed out. Kitchen had pots and pans, dishes. Very quiet and convenient area.

Watch out the maps to the room are wring, just find the number, ignore the map.

Building is beginning to show its age.

Parking not convenient. Two spots for three rooms. Widen the lane to provide additional space for cars close to where their room is located. Facility kind of looked like an old Residence Inn. I'd stay again.

We reserved a "Suite 2 Bedroom (Loft)" We understood when we booked the suite that the loft with the king-size bed was considered one of the bedrooms. However, we did not know that the "bedroom" with the two queen beds did not have door of any kind which was a surprise and not what we were expecting. The suite itself was spacious and it was nice to have two full bathrooms. However, the carpet was very worn and it was very apparent it had not been vaccummed in a while - especially the loft. On the window sill AND floor of the loft there were multiple dead flies. Curtains worn and some of them needed cleaning. All this being said, this is one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a hotel in a LONG time and the breakfast that was included was actually quite good. (My children exclaimed, "The scrambled eggs weren't watery and the potatoes had more seasoning than just salt!"

Nice spot

We drove to Burlington for the evening and stayed here as the price was reasonable. We booked a suite, which was nice. The building looks a little run down on the outside, but the rooms are nice. I would recommend staying here.

Well first off the room smelles like it wasnt clean the m shower was not very clean. An dwe also ran out of toilet paper this morning and i had to gonto front desk and no one was there. So i remeber as i was swimming there was a roll.in that bathroom so after i wanted 20mins for a attend i went and took that roll.. not sure i will be spending that kind of money at this place again where i cant even get a roll of toilet paper. And to notnhave a extra roll in my room and we payi g over 200 for a room that smells dirty and tub is nasty no thank you

I have been using this place all winter to enjoy the ski mountains . I ski one mountain then stay and head to the next mountain. The beds are comfy and the shower has awesome water pressure. I will be back !
