I overall liked my stay , and hotel room was clean and staff was nice . I just didn’t like on how when I was checking in , the front desk was seating in front gossiping about me . Because I told him I forgot my wallet , when I went back inside , he didn’t know I was in line again . And was standing there with another guest talking bad about me , on how a grown man is going to forget his wallet .

Checked in early they say 3 but they let me check in at 1 which was great, have to pay to park😞. Room was well worn , sink loose , hairdryer did not work, shower drain seemed stopped up, but I chose it because it was close to airport

Nothing it was the worst place I ever stayed in the door was broke and the manager came to fix it but he didn’t have the right screw. So I didn’t sleep because of the door wasn’t secure and the tub was stained and nasty and the water was not draining properly. One elevator was broken so it took longer for you to get one. The only reason I chose this location was because I was going to my god daughter mother’s funeral and it was close to the church. I have stay at your hotels years ago so didn’t expect it to be a problem like this. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I didn't like that the advertisement shoved a beautiful newly renovated hotel and my location was old and unkept. The building screans for renovation. The walls are dirty and old wirh water stains. The tubs are peeling. The outside walls are coming apart. I just wish I coukd submit the pics I took. LaQuinta used to be my favorite hotel Now ill never go back

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Friendly staff, clean facility and comfortable linens. Elevator really slow and small. Breakfast was the only downside. Staff NOT friendly with very small selection of food.

We really dislike this hotel, and the service was terrible. They didn't let me pay with my Affirm account because I didn't have a physical card, but I had one on my phone. Before booking on Affrim, it said at checkout I could pay with it, so that's the only reason I used hotels.com in the first place. We had to use a different payment option instead. I won't be using your services again. We didn't have hot water, and no one told us before checking in. And our towels were smelling really bad, so we had to ask for new ones. After a 10-hour drive, I needed to freshen up, but with no hot water, that was difficult for my family. We left the hotel for some hours when we got back the hot water was working. The lady who helped us check in was really rude and unfriendly.

The staff serving breakfast and night front desk was nice. There was only 1 elevator for the entire hotel and it could only hold about 6 people. Wait times were up to 15 minutes waiting on the elevator just to get to your room, in the mornings the cleaning crews were using the same elevator and the guest would have to wait because the cleaning lady and her cart were the only ones that could fit. We were locked out of our rooms several times and had to keep going to the front desk to get them to unlock our cards. One man said that the cards locked because whoever checked us in didnt put enough time on the card so it expired. I would never stay at this establishment again, a very inconvenient and frustrating stay.

The staff was very friendly! The room was very clean but the bathroom was dated.. One elevator was broken and the one in use was very small and sounded like it needed to be serviced.. The hotel's main name light wasn't working so it was hard to locate it from a distance.

I guess it would be a convenient place if you flew in from somewhere and had to stay close to the airport. The area around is congested and miserable to try to get in and out of. The property is old and not updated. Staff is rude and unfriendly. Hallways and rooms smell. The gym is certainly not the one pictured on google and Expedia. Elevator is slow and rickety. 3 out of the 4 nights I stayed I had a lukewarm shower because there was no hot water.

The location was good, they have two elevators, only one was working. The pool never opened the entire 4 days I was there. The ac made the most ear aching sound all day and night room 211. The tub had been resurfaced but it was peeling up. No attention to detail there was dust and dirt in the corners of the bathroom
