I would definitely stay here again. The hot tub could be a little hotter and the sauna was not working when we were there, but other than that, everything was great.

I love this hotel. It is centrally located with a view of the Amstel River. It is stylish, with beautiful historical features that mix with modern elegance. The restaurants are excellent, and the staff is kind and attentive. Sitting and looking out at the river while having morning coffee is so peaceful. I cannot say enough good things about the bar and dining experience. When you walk in the door, you're greeted by attentive staff. They’re so helpful and accommodating. I want to mention Bryan especially. He wears several hats and goes out of his way to make your stay memorable. My mild annoyances are those of a very kind, but a bit too eager, woman who sometimes pushes the revolving door. I had packages, and the woman ahead of me had a cane. We were pushed through at a quick pace. It’s scary and potentially dangerous. I’m a former front desk clerk and manager. I ordered a car through the hotel and asked the front desk how I should get back. I was told, “Take an Uber. If you can’t figure that out, then call us here at the hotel.” This is just one example, but there were several instances of the curt manner in which I was treated. Some front desk clerks were lovely, while others wore frowns, were brisk and were unwelcoming. Besides this, it was nearly perfect from the front door staff to the restaurants to housekeeping! Thank you for making my stay pleasant.

great hotel, good location. Staff are wonderful. Restaurant menu could use more choices. Also, I think they would be good to provide a coffee station in the Lobby.

Celebrating my wife's 50th with family. Hotel extremely welcoming and front of house couldn't be more helpful. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Wellness centre very relaxing.

Very comfortable hotel with good size bedroom. All amenities catered for - bathrobe, slippers, iron and ironing board, coffee machine and excellent sound proofing. Charming and very helpful staff
