Great place! I totally recommend

It was really clean and felt much fancier than any of the other similarly priced options I am used to staying at. The room was beautiful and clean woth really nice sheets. I would definitely stay there again.

room was extremely old and very dirty. I asked for bedding for the pullout couch and they delivered bedding that was still wet.

Enjoyed my overnight.

After a long tedious travel day that did not go as planned, easily booked and was able to get a room here to rest before continuing my journey. Shuttle from the airport was convenient. Check in was fast and professional at 2 am. I very much appreciated the efficiency and understanding that I was exhausted. Bed was so comfortable. Rooms seem older and have imperfections but it served the purpose that I needed it to serve. Comfortable and convenient.

my plane was delayed so I arrived 10 hours late and Doubletree staff could not be reached as I called 6-7 times while waiting through flight delays and could not get anyone there to answer the phone at the front desk.

THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING AND THAT MAKES THE WHOLE DIFFERENCE IN HOW NITPICKY YOU GET....YOU TEND TO LET GO OF THE OTHER STUFF WHEN THE STAFF IS KIND BECAUSE THEY MAKE UP FOR THE OTHER STUFF, LIKE THE HOTEL BEING OLDER AND IN NEED OF UPDATES

Easy for airport transfer

The stay was fine.

The staff was nice. Our room was comfortable however the AC appeared to be leaking and our carpet was wet all around the unit which created a musty smell. We only stayed two nights so it didnt really bother us. The parking gate got stuck so it was a little difficult getting out and waiting for staff to lift the gate. Overall it was a good stay.

The rooms are embarrassingly outdated. They come with a strong mildew/moldy smell. The carpet in my room was stained. The temperature control in my room didn’t work so had to endure freezing temperatures all night. The drain in the tube was clogged so the water wouldn’t drain while showering. The water pressure at the sink was poor, almost a trickle when washing hands/brushing teeth etc. I was in town only for a night so I could endure, but I would not return or recommend this location to anyone. It’s no disappointing because I’ve stayed at many nice doubletree hotels, but this is not one.

It was a mess with the entering and exiting the parking lot. The gates did not work and the help button not did work. Staff came out but slthey could not get the gate open. Finally maintenance came to leave gate open

Some of the carpets are old and being patched. The bath tub also shows signs of rust.

Loved it

I loved the location of this property. Easy to get too and lots of things to eat just 5 minutes away, if that. The ladies at check in were the best part of the property. Super helpful and made the check in process so much better after a long drive!

Very conveniently located close to the airport and Philadelphia sports stadiums. Kind of old hotel, minimalist on-site restaurant, but very clean, good service and a convenient 24x7 free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes

My stay was actual perfectly fine but i had a small tip for thr staff. Their indoor pool has a sign no lifeguards on duty and anyone under 18 needs to be accompanied by an adult. I was there with my children for 2 hours and i never noticed any staff even just pop their head to check in. Yet for a while there were 2 children clearly young that were in there unsupervised and not behaving very well. Im technically the only adult during that time because it was just me, my 2 kids and the 2 others without an adult. I felt staff should actual enforce that rule and pop in at least every hour just to make sure rules are being followed or no young kids are just in there wasting towels and picking up those big poles you have behind your chairs...

Hotel smells like a bathroom. Oddly enough the bathrooms smelled better. Everything is dirty…carpets, tabletops, furniture. It’s poorly kept up especially for the price. Not all elevators were working. Bar and restaurant didn’t open until late in the day so people waiting to check in were scattered in lobby. Not up to Hilton standards by any means.
