It was really good, there was a school trip going on at the time of my stay, and the hostess was kind enough to put me in a room and floor where the teenagers were not going to be, so I could have rest and quiet during my stay, I really appreciate that, that’s customer service and effort, going above and beyond!

Before I booked they said the place have a pool and when I got there , the pool was disabled, it’s like nothing to do there and my kids was so boring that I had to leave and go to rent another hotel.

I was happy with the room and everything included at the hotel when I first walked in. But as I was getting situated in my room I started hearing people talking in the separate hotel rooms above my room on the 4th floor and to the left of me at the 3rd floor. Being a musician I have extremely good hearing and I started to listen carefully. Iit became immediately clear that I was the topic of conversation as these people were calling my shots in the room. Obviously cameras had been planted in the main living space of the room and the bathroom. When I sat on the toilet and heard a woman speaking to a man about me I became extremely angry and upset. The fact that they had the nerve and the need to actually plant a camera in the bathroom vent or wherever just enraged me. But instead of calling hotel management and making a big fuss over it I decided to just ignore the entire bad situation for me and simply covered all the vents in the room with towels and the same with all ceiling lights. Also a large picture on one wall I covered with towels. I actually heard a woman say oh damn it as I covered everything in the bathroom. The bathroom problem was solved but the main living space was not. They were obviously aware that I was on to them and their planted cameras. From that point on I still heard people talking about me in the main living space saying things like look at him and other critical small talk about me. I am staying until Tuesday and not sure exactly what to do.

My husband and I took our 4-year old on a surprise overnight trip. This hotel was a short drive from Boston. There was a lot of on-site, free parking. The front desk staff were very nice, our room was clean and comfortable and it was quiet. They have a nice exercise space and the indoor pool was wonderful. There was a locker room/bathrooms in the pool room, extra towels, comfortable chairs and the water was warm. We didn’t visit the bar or restaurant for dinner but did enjoy the breakfast Buffet in the morning (extra $). This was a great stay for us!

This is an extremely nice Marriott hotel. Room was great. Check in was great. Our sray was was great. This was the last night of our tour throughout Europe vacation, after the long flight home it was most welcome. The breakfast omelets were delicious as well.

While our stay was related to an ill relative, the hotel personnel were very accommodating. Breakfast was included in our cost for the stay. It was very inclusive and again the staff were exceptional. The shuttle they offer to the hospital was gladly accepted after an exhausting day.

Check out time is 12:00 PM which is later than most hotels. However, I went back up to my room at 11:15 AM on my day of check out and not only was there a cleaning cart outside my door but the door was ajar using a door stopper and there was nobody in my room. A tote bag I had in there was missing - they started taking the rest of my personal belongings out of the room PRIOR TO MY CHECKOUT. The front desk was not able to reach housekeeping. I did eventually get my things back with an apology. No comp for my aggravation, frustration or time it took to track down my belongings. I would recommend they better train their housekeeping staff to not be cleaning out anyone's room if they have not actually checked out yet!!!
