It was an okay stay. I requested a bathtub and didn’t get it. No cups in room . The best and only excellent thing I can say was the customer service. It was wonderful.

Can't beat the location and the bed was comfy.

For the amount we paid for the room and it did not come with a microwave is ridiculous. The bathroom was dirty. It had hair on the floor in the shower.

Booked hotel because its in the airport but signage is SO POOR that it took a local guide to find it. Been at many airport hotels but this is the worst one. Houston airport is also very inconvenient and just terrible for passengers. Wont come here again if I can help it.

Convenience of being at the airport was the only reason we stayed; rates were on the high side; rooms were 7/10. RIDICULOUS PRICES for drinks, snacks, and other items in the "store" at the front desk; even higher than in the airport!
