This was the first time I’ve ever stayed at a hotel where Wi-Fi required an additional daily fee — quite surprising in this day and age. On top of that, if you need to store your luggage after checkout, the hotel offers no storage space at all; you have to pay extra to store it at a nearby hotel. Another thing to note is that the ground floor is actually considered the basement, and the second floor is the main floor. If you’re staying on the second floor, be prepared for potentially unbearable noise. Overall, not a great experience given to it’s cost.

Nice hotel but what is going on with the destination fee? Like an obscure way to rip people of on nonsensical fees. It should be put directly into the price and not doing dodgy business like this.

Very Cleaned

Breakfast was way too expensive. $9 for a Plain bagel and $6.50 for a cup of coffee!

Everyone was helpful from check in to getting a taxi when we left. This restaurant prices were very high. We’ll have to eat elsewhere next time.

We were led to believe we were getting breakfast everyday which is stated on your information listed if we go back it is still available though when we inquired it was not available. very poor form from Expedia as it was listed and not available. Though at a price, 70.00 american dollars. Not happy. People at venue very helpful.

The buffet and parking are outrageously priced. There is no pool and no Shuttle to the airport.

Good hotel for the price. Clean, friendly staff, short walk from Pier 39. Lunch and dinner options are okay, the breakfast buffet is average, but there is a la carte option. Owerall I would recommend the hotel.

Super clean and very close to the pier was very nice. No parking but valet.

Great service and friendly atmosphere

Great location and great food. The parking however, lacks severely. Despite that, it’s still a great place to stay if you want to enjoy the city.

The staff at this property far exceeded our expectations. The two girls who initially greeted us at the front desk were very friendly. We absolutely adored Darlene at the bar. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and worked so incredibly hard bartending alone for a large number of patrons. I have to give MAJOR kudos to Grace B for going way above and beyond for accommodating us and allowing us a late check out. It helped tremendously and we appreciated her wonderful service so much. Lovely stay - will definitely return!!

Everything was an extra charge. The WiFi, microwave etc.

The employee checking me in was terribly rude and tried to make me feel like I am committing a crime for booking through Expedia which is one of my most favorite sites. If I wanted to spend a few hundred dollars just to gain some extra points on my bonvoy membership, wouldn’t I? She also said she cannot accept tips? I have never heard of this as the rest of the employees were happily accepting of the tips that I gave. It seemed she was unhappy to help me from the beginning which was rarely something that happened to me and my family. Would never return to this hotel

expensive daily parking plus tax on parking. Bogus destination fees that would offset when using the restaurants, which never happened. Poor food quality.
