Staff is very professional and courteous!

I love this hotel in my hometown of Stamford! Some may think it’s dated…I love the retro aspect of the decor. Overall, from the lobby to restaurant to gym and my nice room, everything was clean and in good condition. I’ll be back!

I chose this specific property for my daughter's birthday because of the spa. When I arrived there was a women's congregation going on so I understand that the hotel was busy, no problem. I tried to setup a spa treatment for my daughter and no one answered the phone so I went to the floor of the spa and to find the gates pulled down and no one there. In the hallway on the table there was a sign for assistance and I had to scan the QR code to set-up or get info but all it gave me was a telephone number which I tried calling again several times so I finally left a message and on Saturday evening I received a call informing me that they weren't open on the weekends. I was disappointed and there was nothing left to do in the Connecticut area. We also went to the mall nearby and most of the stores were closed down so we weren't able to shop or anything. I will say that the hotels food is delicious and the room service is great and very fast.

While mattress preference is personal, my wife and I were both crippled after sleeping in the bed. We both woke up during the night with back pain. Would not stay here again. The hotel is nice but definitely in need of a refresh.

Excellent Staff

It’s a very dated property. The bed was very comfortable. Wish I had checked out the new residence inn nearby.

Coffee pot did not work. But they did replace it right away

Old hotel with room against the elevator. My room was so loud because of the elevator. I have been placed next to an elevator many times but this was the loudest it has ever bet been. Hotel is also old and outdated. Gym is great!

The hotel was dated and the bathroom in the room needed some help. The shower sprayed on the floor out the door as it is open doors. The toilet won’t not flush correctly. The lobby was nice and the parking garage was fine. Bed was comfortable and it was clean

Great food options, parking on site at decent rate, very helpful staff

The heater compressor in our room was broken. Front desk sent an engineer right away. He then got us another room to stay in which was nice. TV in that room didn’t work but was on when we walked in. It kept going off as we tried to watch it. No parking ticket at the garage gate and the representative was unable to help when I pressed the call button and advised me to back up. Parking fee is high, it should be included in on the stay

The hotel location is great, close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very helpful and polite. It was cleaned. It has covered parking. The lounge was open until late. It was good for us!

Good hotel unfortunately in a not so great city.
