I thought that the prices at the restaurant were exuberant.

I called the hotel to confirm my reservation, and the desk clerk immediately knew my name and responded in the affirmative. I felt welcome and appreciated. The chocolate chip cookies were a nice, delicious touch.

When one arrive at airport, would like to reach local hotel about transportation from airport to hotel.

Horrible night with no AC after 3 attempts to repair it Was like a sauna on the hottest most humid longest day of the season No availability to move us to a different room We had to go into the hallway to get a little cool air This is bad for such an expensive stay Not ever a complainer but this was awful Hopefully they will not attempt to rent this room to anyone else until this problem is fixed

Our stay your hotel was great. I have no complaints. If there is one thing that could have been better is the room size. We had 2 double beds and though adequate the space seemed small. I would stay there again though!

Loved this hotel! Had no problems whatsoever. Utkarsh checked us in. And also did check in with us later to see if we needed anything! He was very helpful and kind. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfy. Definitely would stay here again.

Fantastic! Quiet, clean, convenient, friendly staff. We loved this Hotel. Will definitely stay here again! So perfect! We walked across IKEA parking lot right into Mall of America.

My only reason why I didn’t give 5 starts is because the pool was freezing. They supposedly said the engineer was working in it. We were there 2 days and it was freezing both days which was disappointing because my kids were really looking forward

The staff here were so friendly! The room was serviceable and clean, but I will note that the elevator was a little frightening - shaky and bounced a lot. However, this is a good option for Minneapolis, especially those going to the airport or the Mall of America.

Clean, convenient for shopping at the Mall of America but long hallway walks & one day they forgot to clean our room. Otherwise not bad.

Room service never clean our room

I LOVED staying here! The delicious cookies upon check-in, the staff walking us in the direction of our room, the prompt response to any need…it was fantastic. We will definitely be back!
