This was a lovely hotel on first impressions. But, it is in sore need of repair. Two of the four elevators were not functional and the one we rode in had no heat and was very cold. Our room did not have enough towels. The hot tub was broken. The room w the pool was unusually cold and the pool water was cold also. In the fitness room some machines were broken and none were hooked up to the TV as the cable was hanging from the outlet. We had no hot water in our shower and were told we had to go to a room on the first floor to take a shower. It proved to be an handicapped shower that was not clean Our security latch for our room was broken off. The maid did not even leave us fresh towels after we specifically asked her. When we asked about the poor upkeep, at front desk the lady said she did not know and only works there. When we booked this hotel it offered a free breakfast buffet. The day we arrived, we got a email that they are now charging for the buffet. They did honor the free buffet but it was very sparse. We were sorely disappointed in this Wyndham hotel and would never recommend it.

No heat in the room and they had me reset the breakers cause I guess they didn’t have some to do it. I was given a space heater but it kept tripping the breaker and the manager on call said he didn’t like to move ppl from rooms. So I had to deal with a very cold night and no sleep. Very upset! Uncalled for. Also hot water was lukewarm so I couldn’t even take a hot shower.

I booked this hotel because of the shuttle and breakfast. The front desk agent told me door 9. No shuttle ever showed up. I then called the hotel and the front desk agent told me that the shuttle driver left for the night- and I was suppose to go to SPOT 9. The first person told me it was door 9. Then I got up 1 hour before breakfast was suppose to be over and went down to eat. No breakfast! I asked the front desk agent where the breakfast was- to be told that they closed breakfast earlier because no one showed up. Very disappointed in my stay here.

The tv in our room did not work. They did offer to swotch room, however, we were already settled in that room and it was late. We were offered free breakfast coupons and they were to be slid under our door throughout the night but, they never were. Bed was a bit hard. For the price and with no Tv or instructions on how to use the phone in the room it was a bit pricey.

The property really needs some update. The elevators were filthy and the carpets stained and overall old. Wallpaper in the room was peeling and there was lack of hot water which would come and go. The level of service at the front counter was very poor with the agent being on the phone while I was checking in and not able to provide a receipt at check out.

I booked a double bed, room. I was told they only had a room with a bed and pullout couch. When I arrived to the room, I realized the pullout couch had burn stains on the mattress and no bedding for it. I used the texting service to ask for bedding with no response. After an hour I called front desk for bedding and the bedding didn’t arrive to the room for 2 more hours.

This was the worst stay I have ever had booking through Expedia. I am a Wyndham property owner and am embarrassed that this was a Wyndham property! Very disappointed and ashamed. The room looked like it was under construction. No blankets toilet paper and room looked like it wasn’t cleaned in weeks.
