Disappointed in the hotel. The room was not as clean as I usually get at a Wyndham. Also, there were only two towels, no hand towels, or washcloths.

I will not be staying in this hotel again. I checked in online but still had to wait on line at desk for keys. Since this is a place with park and ride, there was extremely limited parking in front of hotel. On the way to our room, there was a bag of garbage and dirty sheet in the hallway on our floor. When we finally got to room, neither room key worked. I called front desk and they said they'd send someone right away. After waiting 10 minutes in hot hallway, called again and was asked if we could wait 10 more minutes. After almost 25 minutes in hallway they brought room keys. This made us late for event. When returning to hotel, had to park in back with limited lighting and no working doors so we had to walk around side of hotel. Not safe for two women late at night.

This is a sad sad place- the place smells old with outdated design, rickety elevator and black mold on shower curtain. The toilet ran off and on all night making for restless night. Then I went down for breakfast and the kitchen was “malfunctioning “ so no food. I would hope the management could do better on so many fronts.

No hot water. Pool was freezing and jacuzzi was not operational and had dirty green water in it. No pool towels in pool area. Room was dirty and there was no hot water in the room for a warm shower.

The air conditioning was out, which happens I understand but they were not able to get me in another room. They had no one in housekeeping to get another room ready. All understandable, but they were not able to make any concessions on the price because it was booked through hotels.com. So I paid full price for a room that was 85 degrees. The front desk was kind and offered free waters and through no fault of theirs were in a bad spot. Overall, if it was my hotel, I would not have charged for the stay and chalked it up to cost of doing business. To be fair in the review, the hotel is in pretty good condition and you can tell at one point it was a really nice hotel. It is still in good condition, relatively clean for the size and lack of business given I was told it has 500+ rooms. I would recommend staying here minus the no air conditioning situation. To add insult to injury I walk out to my car and they gave me a ticket. Obviously a mistake and the front desk said not to worry about it but another ding in the experience.

Do not stay here. Elavators were sketchy at best, downright dangerous at worst. Not a safe/secure place. We were goven keys to an occupied room and the other members of our party had someone given a key to their room. We did not receive the room types we requested which resulted in members of our group having to sleep on sofa beds. Linens not provided for the sofa beds and had to be requested. Only 1 of our 2 rooms received them and they smelled like marijuana when we did. Overall terrible experience.

Horrible. We booked for a 2 bed room, checked in, only had 1 bed, asked the guy downstairs, he said the hotel was COMPLETELY sold out. Was so damn lazy that he wouldn't even get up out of the chair to give us our room key, used the chair to wheel around between the counter. Asked for towels 3 times, finally got some but whoever brought it to us barely knocked on the door. Only reason why we event heard anything was because we were in the bathroom. 2nd day, our card keys get locked out. No reason at all. Get a parking ticket because we didn't verify our license plate. They have 2 signs but you cant even see youre suppose to verify it since its in such small print. Absolutely worse place we've ever stayed.

Upon arrival we had to wait to get checked in because there was no rooms available. Once a room finally became available I went to the room and tried to open the door and the key wouldn’t work. I was in room 476 so the distance from that room to the front desk was pretty far. I went to the desk 4 times for my key. After 4 tries the key finally worked. The bathroom was not clean and the rag and towel was clearly used. I asked the housekeeper in the hallway for clean rags and towels and she looked at her paper and said “no service” and told me to call the front desk. So I took the towels off the cart myself. There was blood on the top blanket and after asking for clean blankets they said that they would bring them up and we never received them. The chair on our room was filthy. The ticket guy put a ticket on my vehicle saying “no payment” but the front desk took my license plate number and we were clearly still guest at the hotel. This was literally one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at and I will never go back
