Nice hotel, room floor was dirty, the mini fridge was also not clean, it just looked like it hasn’t been swept at all.

came in for an event at Wells Fargo Center - hotel is in a great location to the venue - easy walking distance - enjoyed that the bar stayed open after the event.

Our floor #23, the ice machine didn't work. We didn't have access to a microwave, coffee maker, bottled water, or snacks in the common area by the elevators, all other floors did. Beds were so low to the ground as was the toilet. It was like being in an elementary school bathroom. Very low water pressure in the shower. Service was 100% top tier

The bed was horrid. The entire hotel had a weird /old smell. Bathroom was so tiny and awkward for 2 people. Shuttle driver was amazing.

It was just very over Booked kind of understandable due to the fact that I found out when we got there were a couple events going on, room service food is very over priced as well as the snacks and beverages bar in the lobby, cheaper to go to the gas station, other than that the rooms were clean and staff was friendly tried to work with me not having my physical ID on me, the pool was supposedly heated but it was pretty cold, breakfast was pretty good

We stayed just one night but this hotel is by far worth every penny. Clean, quiet, spacious, and the staff was very kind, helpful and courteous! Valet parking fee is weel worth knowing your car is secure and you can come and go with our paying for parking over and over. Will stay here again.

The property is old and outdated. The breakfast was gloomy and a ghost town. The elevators took ages to summon. The location of the hotel is great. The work desk in the room was great.

Great place to stay! Family loved the room and everything was clean and ready for us! Love the personal touch of our name on the tv upon entry!

Easy valet parking and check in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and beds were comfortable. I was happy with it

My only issue with staying here at this specific location is that Im 6'5" tall and the beds are lower to the ground than a normal bed. In fact, anything you sit on, chairs, bed, toilet, etc; all lower to the ground. And the sitting chairs are not comfortable. But it's a small complaint (literally). Everything else is excellent! Staff is fantastic.

Excellent place to stay. One of our favorites in the Des Moines area.
