Staf very friendly

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds and rooms were clean and comfortable

Flight was delayed. Did not get there till after 1 am. They were very accommodating.

The room was very clean. Good amenities. Waited for check in quite a long while because no one was behind the counter. They had a sign saying they would be back but I did not see the sign.

Great stay, quietly got a good night sleep

Great hotel for a great price. Front desk staff was kind and welcoming, very helpful and prompt with check in. Rooms comfortable and clean as well!!! Highly recommend.

It was wonderful for us because we have 2 dogs. Nice area to get the dogs out for a walk. Only problem when we took them out at night we were unable to get out the door. Not sure why. Other than that out stay was wonderful. Thank you

Good service

The staff working there was very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed to find out at check-in that the pool was closed, as it was one of the main reasons we had chosen this hotel. I know of other hotels that update their Expedia listing if their pool is temporarily unavailable, but Bangor Grande did not. We would probably stay here again because the price was a good value for the money, but we'll definitely call ahead to check on the pool before making a reservation.

Very great customer service

We had a pet with us so I had to go in the pet section which was a long way from the front of the building on the second floor and they had no elevators. Being winter we have quite a bit of our belongings to take up with us. I was not impressed.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and safe. Not fancy but good after a long flight.

The property is a lot better than the last time we stayed there. A lot of work has been put into this property. Friendly staff and excellent service getting us to the airport on time in snow to get our flight. Thank you!

The staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, the linens, bathroom and towels were clean/hygienic. The room was pretty quiet, even for being only 3 doors down from the reception area. Reasonably priced. Very close to the airport and shopping areas. Easy to find. However, the place seemed older than on the pictures so things were a bit run down for example the bathroom door was scratched pretty deep and the lock didn't work on it, there was scotchtape holding wallpaper up where it had ripped, the wall plugs near the bed lamps were loose so it made it hard to charge the phone. The pool lights were green so it made the color of the pool water seems very unwelcoming (to the point that we really didn't want to use it even though we had booked the hotel because of the pool).

It was great besides my key being unable to lock my door 2 hours prior to check out

comfortable beds but very difficult to get from one end of the building to the other side, No elevator. You get what you pay for. Staff was very friendly. Food at pub was tasty.

Everything at this location was very good.
