Very lovely place and awesome staff

Huge room, lounge on site. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

I had a great stay! Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff and housekeepers were all very friendly. There was plenty of parking, the room was clean and quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I also enjoyed the small but well-maintained pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff and very clean/kid friendly

Staff was great, slow drains in bathroom and broken blow dryer. Staff offered a change of rooms but I had already been there 1 night. Silly to change for such a small issue. I would stay there again,

Most important thing for me is cleanliness and that was excellent!

Nice overall clean room and quiet location. And there was a kids band tournament now that is impressive

Could use some upkeep like chipping paint around the doors the exit door to the hotel slam shut. My room was right next to a exit door and whenever someone goes in or out that door it slams and woke me up a few times.

Great price for a great hotel that is convenient and has everything you need. Restaurant and bar on site. We will book again!

Solid room, staff was friendly and kids liked the pool

Our third time staying at the Bangor grande!

Our room was suppose to be a king size bed and it was a queen, we had a very noisy experience and we had an ice vending machine outside our room so that was loud also. Very stuffy but overall was ok. Toilet didn't flush well when the room next door used theirs. Allot of trash outside in parking lot.

Cleanliness and pool

It was good for a night's stay. The airport shuttle and airport parking were super convenient. The room was clean, although not fancy at all.

Check in was fast and easy. All of the front desk staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. When we got to the pool the area was clean. It was interrupted though by about 20 late teens/adults who showed absolutely no consideration for other guests. Cannonballs and soaking/splashing guests sitting in the chairs. Also no consideration to the smaller kids already in the pool. Next morning, got up to get breakfast and the restaurant was closed for renovations. Which we were not informed of. They did have a smaller lounge which we could not use because it was packed full. Also no elevator which would’ve been helpful as we traveled with someone with mobility issues and were placed on the second floor.

Motel is very old, really showing a lot of wear and tear, damage and dirt.
