Was not impressed with this place the pictures looked a lot better I won’t say it was bad because it was clean just didn’t care for area

Stayed for Pride. Lobby is gorgeous, restaurant looks nice as well. Hallway carpets and room felt like late 70s. Fridge was small and nearly useless for anything other than 12oz cans, althought there is plenty of space in the cabinet for something larger. A small microwave would have been nice, or a k-cup machine. Swing out lighted mirror on wall by the vanity to assist those without 20/10 vision to apply makeup. Had nice hanging rack for clothes, but only 4 hangers. As hosts for the Drag show, the benue was clean, and the bartenders were delightful.

I’ve the shuttle service to and from the concert. All of your staff were very nice.

Great accommodations and amenities. Everything was clean and organized. The check in was smooth with a lovely smile. The breakfast was not included in the package and we needed to modify our plan.

The property was a bit more rundown than I expected. Staff was friendly, though.

A/C INOP, ticks in bathroom, sink drained poorly, black panties found next to the bed stand, did not like the restaurant, dark and noisy...just a bar.

Staff were very accommodating with our last minute reservation.

The Internet was terrible I walked out to the front and I got Internet when I went back to my room I had nothing they do have parking for a vacation and they do pick you up at the airport

I had a great stay! Great water pressure, complimentary waters, and a very clean and comfortable room. I have never had so many pillows! Best stay for the price.

The customer service is first rate at this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights and loved it. The beds are so comfy.
