It's a cute and huge hotel. Unfortunately while quite large, our room had stained sheets and a dirty bathroom. We were only there for a few hours, so we slept and headed back home.

The advertising of this property is very misleading. With only being bought out a week prior to our stay, we were expecting something much different than what we walked into.

This hotel was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. There are people living in the hotel, they are sketchy to say the least. The bathroom was disgusting. Restaurant was closed, breakfast was not edible. To top it all off- the man staying next to my room had a female “escort” at his room at 7am and was extremely loud. My young son heard the entire interaction. When we asked for a refund for departing early or money off for our issues- management did not even apologize let alone offer compensation. I’m actually contacting the Health Department and considering a BBB complaint. DO NOT STAY here

It was just a quick one-nighter in South Bend, but the hotel was super clean and very quiet. The staff was so nice and sweet, that I’d have a hard time being nitpicky about anything.

The young woman at the front desk was very professional.

dirty, stained, leak in toilet. Went out and cleaned hen we came back, there was water all over the floor. Limited essentials and only one towel in the room. Horrible breakfast, very limited. Would not stay here. This place needs total upgrade

The room was clean, which I appreciated. However, I encountered a few issues—the sink was clogged, and the TV signal was not functioning properly. The problem was not weather-related, as the signal remained inconsistent even after the rain cleared the following day. As a result, I chose not to use the TV during my stay. I wanted to bring these issues to your attention and appreciate any steps you may take to address them for future guests.

The room smelt, the bathroom definitely needs to be re-remodeled old tub with cracks toilet roll holder, just hanging no taking care of the rooms, had to go to the front to get our towels for the next day… if you like your room redone with a bed maid, clean bathroom towels it’s not going to happen there… and the pool was filthy!!

The property was in a very good location and had a nice breakfast.

Hotel room is pretty dated. It was noisy as neighbor kept his tv on and we could hear it. Also a lot of people staying there that were construction workers and lot of smoking around the property.

Good area for business

The bathroom is too small. The tub had mold. The carpet looked a mess. Pictures dont match the property. Didnt hve everything they said they had. Nice staff

Good room comfy bed. Clean and really nice air conditioning units in the rooms.
