My daughter and were impressed with the Country Inn. Close to everything in Metairie. We would definitely recommend.

Great experience and beautiful property. The only thing I didnt like was that there were on extra blankets. Anywho, will be visiting again soon

We had a great stay. It was a comfortable bed, very clean room and friendly staff. We love the lady at the breakfast buffet. I noticed the review saying she was mean. If you start a conversation with her, she respond back nicely and politely with a smile.. We will definitely stay here again!

I do not like leaving bad reviews especially when the Front Desk clerk was wonderful, but once we got inside the room things went downhill. The room smelled of a mixture of mold/urine. I used my cleaning products, but the odor still lingered. The air did not work properly, maintenance came to look about an hour after it was reported. He stated it was fixed, but the next day we had the same issue. We also had a hard time getting in and out of the door. I have traveling to New Orleans regularly since 2011 and this was my worst experience. I will not recommend it nor will I rebook.

This hotel is extremely clean. I have to say the most clean I’ve ever stayed in. Inside and outside in the common areas. We really were impressed on the conditions. Staff was very friendly.

Very close to off ramp, and can be easily missed. Our section of rooms was outside of the main building. It appears safe. Parking is convenient on the property.

The hotel was nice but the service was horrible! A racist security asked us to leave!

The room smilled like abonded, they advertis it is part of Radisson, and infact it is not. The photos are 100 time better looking than the real thing. Pool was tiny, and their iron malfunctioned, and missed up our wedding garments, even after I went to the front disk and changed it. All of all was bad experience.

Good stay, convenient. Clean, neat room. Ok breakast. Very nice bathroom. Walkways need a refresh and great pool needs a 2nd set of entry handbars. Would return for the good price and convenient for my needs location.

I did pay for a single room. When I got there they said only two beds available. And the beds, they are too small. The lock on the door didn’t lock when I left close the door good. And when I came back push the door by accident the door opened with out the key. and it was unlocked. The lady in lobby was really rude. Not good experience.

As always, great comfortable weekend at this cozy hotel.

I could not get the room in the hotel. Was waiting for almost 3 hours. Had to find the other hotel. Unprofessional and not friendly hotel team.
