I’m writing this review to share one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear this hotel lacks basic service standards. No one helped with our luggage, no warm welcome — nothing. We had to carry everything ourselves.
The biggest issue: the elevators. There are three elevators, but only one was working — and even that one required a staff member inside to operate it manually. No one told us this at check-in. We discovered it ourselves after struggling to figure things out. When we asked the staff member inside the elevator why it worked this way, he made a very unprofessional and inappropriate comment about needing money. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.
Even worse, we later found out the elevators had been in this state for over two months — meaning the hotel was fully aware of the problem and chose not to inform guests in advance or at check-in.
The lack of transparency, poor service, and disrespectful attitude from staff made this stay extremely frustrating. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
