Staff was great!! A+

Located near subway terminal

The rooms were awful. I took pictures of how dirty they were. There was writing on the walls, the shower was covered in mold and the wall were damaged everywhere. The pictures on the website are definitely false advertisements. We spent almost $400 for one night and it was absolutely not worth it. I wish I could post real pictures to show everyone who’s interested in staying there so they could save their money!

I enjoyed my stay, the view was impressive. The grill was open late for snacks. The room was clean, just what I would expect for a hotel room.

It’s a fair price hotel, but never had fresh linen brought to room. Area is ok, but I didn’t feel the safest there.

Pictures look better than in person . Don’t fall for pictures . Only the lobby is upgraded . The rooms and bathroom especially is disgusting .

Fine location. hotel is old and needs updated. Toilet ran a lot and had to be fixed. bathroom was small and not very nice. the staff was great, but i doubt i'd staff here again.

Very convenient. Located across the street from a subway station that took you to the ballpark for free. Great place to stay to see a ballgame.

Very close to the PNC park. We came into Pittsburgh to see a few baseball games. Parking is very confusing. Had no idea where to park my car to check in to the Hotel. I had no idea that I needed to head to Valet first. Other than that the weekend was awesome. On a side note, I left something in the room and it was initially very tough to find someone to help, but I was finally able to reach someone who was extremely helpful. Still trying to get the item back however.

Went to see the Phillies/Pirates game. The game started at 4PM and we were not allowed to check in early of the 4PM check in time.

I was in the area to see some baseball games. Check in was quick and the valet was efficient.

Rooms were dated. Repairs look like they were made and not finished properly. No cleaning or linen service for the 2 nights we were there.

Room was not clean service was slow

All went well with my stay. Clean room. Very quiet. All amenities were in place.

one the best hotels i stayed by far the staare very friendly they even made made feel welcome to ciþy i àsked the staff what best oàrt of city they gave ideas i went there it helped me aaved money i definitely will be back
