If you have a flight the next day in mke great place to stay for the price. Good value.

The front desk host was very nice I didn’t like that I waited a whole hour for breakfast and still didn’t eat cause they was feeding a family of 20

Staff is great

Bed was uncomfortable and the foam pillows were too firm. Shower had very little spray. Most of the water ran past the bypass valve. Other than that, the room was OK.

The room was smaller than what I expected Love that they gave us handicap accessible however the shower was not set up for a handicap accessible person there was no holders to stick the soap or our shampoo in and the rubber piece that was on the floor to stop the water from going didn't work at all so the bathroom floor got wet and yeah it was just that part was horrible other than that the staff was awesome I'd stay there again just would not request a handicap accessible room because they're not convenient for somebody else in a wheelchair

Room was not fully furnished, called for bedding that was not supplied and NO ONE showed up w additional bedding to use sofa bed. Remote for TV was missing. Room was not conditioned properly is was 85 degrees in room and AC would not turn on to cool off. Ballrooms where weekend events were held were FREEZING and random space heaters “heating” the space which not only did not work but also is VERY unsafe! Overall VERY disappointed in quality, cleanliness, service, etc.

For such a large hotel there should be two people at the counter. The parking lot was dark, no luggage racks available, enormous potholes in parking lot. Roll in shower had hand held showerhead with no clamp to control height of spray. No shelf in shower to hold soap or shampoo. Thermostat not user friendly...had to get maintenance to get some heat. I checked out after one night...would not stay the original four i was planning on.

Was disappointed that parking lot was not plowed. Very difficult maneuvering luggage. Could not control heat in room. Very cold.

A little older. Room was a little cold, but it had a little patio with door. Temperature was hard to regulate with the thermostat. Lady at the desk was nice. There are a lot of different restaurants within a couple miles drive.

Room was dirty and extremely small for a suite. Very dated.

15mins from downtown! Clean and the restaurant was great. Nice spot to stay overall.
