Tired rooms. Very uncomfortable bed, temperature control was not working. We had a pull out couch in a strange little den- there was a rod for curtain or sliding door but nothing there anymore except the rod

Upon arrival, fire trucks for a broken pipe in parking area. Had to walk up 14 flights of steps to get to our room. No parking available so we had a park in a parkade about 1km away. Bed was sagging horribly. Room was clean, linens were perfect. Not the best experience but certainly not the hotels fault.

Great stay! Super easy check in process on a very busy weekend. Room service was excellent.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable! We stayed for 3 nights and hardly wanted to get out of bed each morning. The bed was made every day for us, stock replenished and towels changed. It was really one of the best hotel stays I've had! The pool was clean, the staff were so attentive and accommodating. The cannery food was great. No complaints from us! Would stay again, 100%

Everything was good but they charged Us the parking and we need to pay for breakfast.

Great staff and service. They made check in and check out quick and easy, and were super kind, polite and professional. However, I wasn’t overly impressed that we had to pay $28 for parking with the $419.99 per night rate. I would think for that high a rate that parking would have been included. Room was comfortable with everything we needed, so no complaints there. Proximity to the citadel hill grounds was very convenient.

The room was clean and comfortable. Handy refrigerator.

Amazingly comfortable bed and pillows. Good size room. Shower has some issues maintaining water temperture, and the lighta outside the window at night were very bright; the blackout curtains could have been a little better. There was no room service menu. Staff was very polite and helpful. Everything was very clean.

So happy our plans changed and we ended up staying here..the room was spotless the serves was excellent and always with a smile ! Will defently stay here from now on when in Halifax!

No complaints. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable.

Staff are accommodating and very friendly, always ready to help you. The property is not in downtown but very walkable, a good 15 minutes walk on a sunny and beautiful day. Also very near the Halifax Citadel and Museum of Natural History.

The staff were amazing and so helpful. The construction happening at the hospital was the only down side to our pleasant stay

Beautiful

Overall a nice hotel in a great location. Only minor complaint is that the doors between adjoining rooms were not as soundproof as they could have been. We could clearly hear conversation that seemed to be at normal speaking levels. I suspect that it just needs a seal at the bottom of the door, as a towel mitigated the problem.

This property was great and clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location. Didn’t like cost of parking added to the hotel room price when the room price is very high.
