Excellent value

Old and outdated. Mold in rooms and filthy carpet in hallways. No coffee machine in room and no water provided.

Horrible

I didn’t like that there was someone else’s used bath rag in the shower when he checked in. The room plug did not work. No maintenance at night, can’t resolve issues. The room did not seem clean. We asked to switch rooms but the agent said there was none available, yet I could book online. Did not give the option to pay for a new room until the next morning.

It had all the required ammenities

Biggest thing was it should have been a 120$ a night room not 180$ room Breakfast was awful it was cold and not very much available did not even have cereal thank goodness for toast

The service attitude of a senior guy from the front desk working at night shift is terrible.

First of all, this is an older hotel. Radisson has tried to keep up with the maintenance of the hotel. We are not a picky family in that respect. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The pool was in great condition and the kids loved it. The breakfast was above average in a clean and comfortable atmosphere. There are many dining options within a 5 minute walk. We would stay here again.

We checked in and were given a room waaaay down a hall, around a corner then waaay down another hall right to the end.Very very far & inconvenient for an older person like myself.

Good service; hotel is a bit dated, but all was ok

Property is good, we just got a bad room with broken AC. Otherwise it is a good mid-level hotel. Downtown Sudbury can be an interesting place, with many unique characters. It can be uncomfortable, but more are harmless.

Staff is amazing, pool is great. Clean and very quiet and close to shopping and restaurants.

The restaurant staff was exceptional. All staff was great Kaaren The lovely waiter was above and beyond a great waiter. The only problem I say I’d have is the toilet seat was way too low

I had to extend my stay one more night and they gave me the hardest time about staying in the same room even though they were not that booked. The property is horrible. Surrounded by homeless drug atticks. The bathroom drains all need to be cleaned the water kept pooling everytime you used the shower sinks and toilet. The room was never cleaned properly. The breakfast was horribly minimal not having enough variety. The parking was horrible and extremely far from my room. The staff does not listen when you tell them you have 4 people in the room and only one towel. The bath kept leaking and was filthy. The sink and toilet same thing. My experience was overall just horrible all around and I am never ever going back there.

Property is very dated, not well maintained. Stayed for 2 nights but no room cleaning service at all. Washroom is tiny, barely enough for one regular size adult to turn around. Approached by homeless folks asking for money outside the hotel. Didn't feel safe at night.
