Staff was very welco

This is my husband and eyes favorite place to get away for the weekend. It’s walkable. Close to everything and great restaurants. Staff is always super professional, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. It’s a lovely place to stay.

The property was located in a wonderful location on King St. in Old Town. There are wonderful shops and restaurants within close proximity, and the hotel is only 3 blocks from the river front. There were a few little maintenance issues, which the staff was willing to care for. The garage was very tight. The front-desk and bell staff were very friendly, helpful, and service-oriented.

Large comfortable room

PROS…location. CONS…I went to turn in for the evening and the bedsheet had something that was either dried blood/feces/chocolate. Took that off and the thin comforter had a yellow stain. Went to call the front desk…phone didn’t work. No dial tone or anything and it was plugged in. Walked down to the desk near 10pm and the employee seemed annoyed but asked if I wanted someone to come clean it…a man came and took everything off and gave us three sheets. No blanket. Window blinds broken. Some sort of crumbs on the chair. Slow sink. Everything was just pretty bad. Rugs and tables in the lobby are dirty. Experience was not great.

This hotel was better than what we expected. Friendly staff, clean and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

This hotel is super comfortable and right in the heart of Alexandria- you can park your car and walk to anywhere you want.

Perfect location! Excellent shopping and dining options all around. Easy access to ferry to National Harbor.

Great hotel, gym is really bad and my room was on the king street side. I was up until 3:00am one night because of the outside noise. People screaming, dogs barking and even a car alarm going off. Had to purchase earplugs in order to sleep.

Only place I’d recommend in Alexandria!

Are stay was wonderful. The only issue is the kitchen as the food and service is absolutely and literally uneatable and just horrible.

Loved the location

A very convenient location if trip is to Alexandria.

Be aware that the elevators only comfortably service half of the hotel. If you are in the other half, plan for a lengthy walk!

Easy check in

Beautiful spot! Unfortunately it was hard to sleep due to thin walls - the hallways were noisy & even the noise from people on the street was enough to keep me away on the fourth floor.

Bathroom needed some maintenance.

2nd time here. Staff was fantastic perfect location we loved it one thing we think that could improve it was the garden patio area looked like that it was neglected also elevator could use a clean up. Floors need it of a vacuum. But overall we love this hotel.
