The hotel itself is great. Clean, nice staff, I had an issue with my parking ticket and it was quickly resolved. The room that I stayed in is adjacent to a club, I believe. They partied all night. Construction was noisy. That’s the only complaint. Bring earplugs. The hotel itself was great. Room service, wonderful. Cleanliness and the bed was comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The coffe shop in the lobby was a plus. The hotel was conviniently located in downtown Charlotte so it was walking distance to several good restaurants.

Hotel was clean and updated. It was pretty noisy outside when trying to sleep despite being on the 15th floor. Overall would stay here again.

It's a solid choice in the area, central to the majority of the downtown Charlotte destinations. Hotel itself is nice, clean and spacious rooms, solid service and there's a pretty good restaurant/bar on the lobby floor.

I wish I was informed that it was different double tree hotel. There was no cups no microwave and the refrigerator wasn’t even cold for me too put my insulin in it.

Everything was fine just a long walk for parking and the price of parking.

Stayed here for a concert at Spectrum Center. Easy location to get to and so convenient to stay here. The hotel was clean and had very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious and parking was convenient. We’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

Easy checkin and parking. Quick walk to the spectrum center.

Everyone friendly and courteous. Front desk staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. No question went unanswered.

Decently appointed room with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was much smaller than I expected. The sofa part and bedroom were nice. My attempt at getting room service was transferred then ignored. The rest of the service I received was good though

Love the location, just wish rooms had microwave in room, other than that nice hotel.
