The room smelled like smoke in the carpet, the door handle inside was held with a binder clip. The entire hotel needs some major maintenance done.

I know the area and the other hotels compared to & the quality actually surprised me for the price. only downside is the breakfast options were trash

Nice place to stay. Quiet, comfortable, some things were dated, i.e. bathroom shower. Breakfast was basic but very good. Pet rates are not what the website stated, but that is every hotel! Its always higher than posted. Overall great place to stay

Bugs in my room and a broken unsafe door handle with no latch.

Everything was great I know it's a up coming property Need to focus on renewing the bathroom But will come back Have a blessed day 💞

great staff bathroom cleaning could be better

Didn't get a room that would accommodate wheelchair. Couldn't sleep in bed because too high for wheelchair transfer. BUT WORST OF ALL. ALL ROOMS HAD ROACHES. AND ONE ROOM HAD BED BUGS!!! I HAD TO SEND ONE ROOM OF OUR PARTY TO ANOTHER MOTEL BECAUSE THE DESK AGENT WOULDN’T DO ANYTHING. JUST SAID WAIT TIL THE MORNING FOR THE MANAGER. FOR BED BUGS. TERRIBLE. HORRIBLE. MONSTROUS.

The rooms and everything about them are outdated, from the carpet, shower, tub and toilet. I was fooled by the pictures on the website. I stayed there 19 years ago when it was The Holiday Inn, nothing has change but the owners. I will not stay again. It was noisy from other tenants in the back of motel with construction workers vehicles, and when they came in for the evening.

When it came time for breakfast the waffle maker was not working so I ended up just getting an apple and a cup of coffee, I tried to get oatmeal but there was nothing as well, not sure if they ran out or it wasn’t refilled but breakfast was disappointing

Hotel was average. Room was clean. Only things i wasnt happy about was phone didnt work. The cords to phone were broken and not even attached. Which wasnt good being we stayed there becauseof tornadoand storm warnings. . Also the bathroom was clean but the shower head and knob for shower need to big fixed. Staff really nice when checking in and out.

The bathtup was awful. The paint was peeling off the soap dishes and the bathtub had stains from decades ago.

Hotel was functional for a couple night stay! It was outdated but clean and safe in the small town of Troy.
