No carts for luggage. I had to make 2 trips from level 4 garage to 21st floor to get our luggage. They charged my card for my room that had already been paid for by my son. That maxed out my card and left with me with very little cash to travel back to West Texas with. I had planned to stay and shop and go to lunch but it ruined my plan and stressed me out that they maxed my card by the room charge and i still had to get home with no funds on my card. And again no carts when checking out. I advised them that i was traveling alone with my disabled daughter and I could not make two trips again to take my luggage back to my car and I felt dismissed, like, oh well..customer service is definitely lacking at that facility. They are supposed to be in the hospitality business. Still waiting for a refund, at this point I feel like my son should get some reimbursement as well, as this caused stress on him as well.
