I booked this hotel via traveloka a month ago, but the hotel did NOT receive payment from Traveloka. So when I arrived at the hotel at midnight I can not check in. In the end I have to pay full rate for the room. I have 3 small children with me in the middle of the night in a foreign country, there is nothing more I can do besides pay. The refund process took ages, the process took back and forth between the traveloka team and the hotel manager, everyone blaming the other party. The last information I have after 2 weeks, the hotel has refunded my payment thru credit card. But I have not receive it yet. Still waiting, hope it comes thru.
The room was small, the cleanliness was average, no breakfast. Nothing special. Just an overnight stay to rest after a 24 hour long flight that turns out to be no rest at all.
