I had a pleasant stay here. Get an ocean view hotel, highly recommend. Room was cleaned everyday. They have live music and a bar by check in. Would book again!

Hotel has a loud music Thursdays, Fridays and on weekends. If you want a good night sleep do not stay at this hotel on those dates.

The room could have been in better shape.it was very clean but I understand with what happened with the hurricane so they get a pass this time. Concierge didn’t at least point to all the amenities. Security was on point. Overall staff was pretty good. Also, don’t worry about bringing in outside food, I saw entire families bringing in coolers. Don’t get a room next to elevators, it isn’t quiet. I accepted before I realized this and just let it go.

Without a doubt, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in during a Mexican vacation. This hotel is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel. We were treated so nicely by the staff from the front desk to security. This hotel has three swimming pools and a private beach. The location is fantastic and you can see the hotel for me anywhere, so you never get lost! We will definitely be back. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Acapulco.

water leak in the showers. You can hear it while sleeping. Stove was not working, we ask for help we couldn't whet any help.. toilets paper holders falling apart. staff at the front desk some ladies need more skills to threat people.
