It was clean

Staff was very grand accommodating.

this property was dirty and smelled very bad. I don't ever want to stay in a comfort inn and suites again. i was only there to sleep. my clothes still smell from the awful experience.

It was nice to use the pool

First there was a mix up and the room we got was already taken. We walked in on other people! Then, we had mold on the bedding from the AC unit. Other than that the stay was nice and clean!

Building and rooms are all very old. Needs a refresh badly. Old carpet and the shower rod was falling off the wall and the curtain would fall to the center of the rod and the floor was covered with water. Comfortable bed though. Hot tub did not work at the pool looked dirty.

-with a party in 3 rooms- air conditioning worked in any of the 3 rooms -bathrooms were dirty -corners of floors dirty - very old - guests walking around in pajamas and came to breakfast like the just woke up

Pre-Paid for the efficiency suite and they gave me a standard room. They didnt refund any money, just said "sorry we dont have any more. Toilet needed plunged by maint. b4 we could use. Plenty of other options in the area.

The room was very very damp - terrible. Won’t recommend. We requested for a change of room and other room was even more pathetic

Both Checkin and Checkout for fast. We often use this place when in the area. Good for a night or two

The reservation was made in WV instead of Erie PA where i requested .it caused a major inconvenience to my life!!!!

The pool was great. The only problem was that there is no elevator. The last time that I was there, I was on the second floor. It was hard to make it up the stairs. No one said that there was no elevator when I checked in. This time I had a first floor room. The breakfast was great.

Easy to find, convenient, close to LOTS of amenities! Staff were great!
