Great place to stay! Downtown was just too expensive so this worked out great! The free shuttle picked us up at the airport and also had a list of places they’d take us to such as the light rail and local restaurants. We took the light rail to downtown for a concert. I’d definitely stay here again. The variety of breakfast items was the best I’ve ever seen.

I stayed large space. Probably for wheel chair person. One thing I could not turn off air condition. It was very good weather and the temperature was middle 70 degree. I felt so cold so i had to wear the jacket in the room. Also shower curtain was short so the water was overflowed. Other than that I was very comfortable.

The hotel was very comfortable and convenient. The airport shuttle was great.

Breakfast service was great. Front desk staff very friendly. Love the updates. Less closet space but I prefer bigger bathroom.

Beds and pillows aren't as comfortable as is like but still a good place to stay.

I like how friendly the staff is. But the room is not ready for 3 people. We have to request for an extra bed. But overall, it was stull great.

When I booked it with Expedia and my flight was delayed for six hours and then canceled. I called to make sure my card wasn’t charged. They actually hung up on me and I had to call your hotel.

The quality was very low for the price! Old building with minimal renovation. Small rooms. We had to wait for almost 1 hour for the shuttle after calling 2 times! Definitely needs an improvement!

Nice place, but never been in a hotel room with no closet or place to hang clothes.

Property is beautifully landscaped but it's an airport hotel so it's loud and the community is sketchy. The air conditioner was very loud.

If you don’t mind poor conditions this is your place! Worst Hampton Inn ever.

Very disappointed as this was not up to Hampton Inn standards. Public areas looked very tired. Breakfast area was too small. Breakfast was sad: fresh fruit didn’t look or taste fresh, cheese egg omelettes were VERY brown, as in overdone, disappointing offerings. Shuttle service was late. Not a great area for locating a restaurant.
